Product Description
The VT-HNC100-4-3X/E-I-00/000 is a VT-HNC100 series numerical control from Bosch Rexroth. It is designed for use with hydraulic axes. The digital axis control VT-HNC100-4-3X/E-I-00/000 is a programmable NC control designed for four controlled electro-hydraulic axes. It can be connected to a superior control via a bus system via the Ethernet-capable bus system PROFINET RT) and programmed using a PC and the software program WIN-PED® version 6 and higher. The Ethernet-capable variant requires WIN-PED® 7. TCP/IP is available optionally to a PROFIBUS DP connection. With the VT-HNC100-4-3X/E-I-00/000 it is possible to implement the control of position, pressure, force and velocity, position-dependent braking, alternating control (position/pressure) of up to 4 axis, also in groups. An additional feature of the numerical control is incremental/SSI position transducer. The numerical control does not support synchronization.
The programming software for the VT-HNC100-4-3X/E-I-00/000 is available for free download. With this software, operators can parameterize the numerical control and adjust it to the requirements of their axes. The device support up to 11 freely configurable digital inputs and outputs. Application-specific data sets for the VT-HNC100-4-3X/E-I-00/000 are created on a computer and then download to the device. The data sets can be transferred from the computer to the device either through a serial or TCP/IP (Ethernet) connection. The cycle time for the Ethernet connections on the VT-HNC100-4-3X/E-I-00/000 is 2 milliseconds. The maximum data rate is 100 Mbps full-duplex. The maximum size of the cyclic I/O data is 992 bytes. Recommended accessories for the numerical control include an RS-232 interface cable (3 meter length), USB to RS-232 converter, cable set for analog signals connection, and plug-in connector for Profibus DP. Only trained and qualified personnel should handle the VT-HNC100-4-3 X/E-I-00/000. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
