The VT-HNC100-3-3X/E-I-00/G03 is a digital axis control from Bosch Rexroth. It is deployed in industrial applications that require control of up to 3 hydraulic axes. Features supported on the device include Ethernet/IP bus connection, incremental/SSI position transducer, and synchronization. Developing application-specific data sets forms the basis for the function of the device. These data sets are generated on a computer with the WIN-PED software and sent to VT-HNC100-3-3X/E-I-00/G03. The connection of user program and data sets is called project. This software project planning is implemented in a sequence of steps. The tasks of the VT-HNC100-3-3X/E-I-00/G03 are first defined and recorded in a flow chart. In this connection, the meaning of the inputs and outputs and the used parameters is defined. Then the functions of the flow chart are implemented in a series of NC commands.
Then the machine data (selection of transducers and controllers) and the parameters of the NC program are defined. The data is sent to the VT-HNC100-3-3X/E-I-00/G03. Finally, the settings and the program sequence are optimized at the machine. For the implementation of the project planning tasks, two WIN-PED programs are available to the user. WIN-PED 7 is suitable for all HNC variants mentioned in this document except for CANopen. WIN-PED 6 is suitable for all HNC variants mentioned in this document except for the options. The WIN-PED software is not included in the scope of delivery. It can be downloaded from the Internet free of charge, or ordered as CD. Supply voltage range for the VT-HNC100-3-3X/E-I-00/G03 is 18 to 30 Volts DC and the current draw is 3 Amps. The device mounts on a top hat rail. Its approximate weight is 1.1 kilograms.
