Product Description
Bosch Rexroth Indramat certifies the suitability of its devices and components for machine operations in a variety of industries. Products include digital axis controllers, Synchronous motors, analog amplifier modules, and drive converters.
The VT-HNC100-2-3X/C-I-00/000 model is equipped with four analog current inputs, four analog voltage inputs, and four analog impedance inputs. +10 V to –10 V (maximum +15 V to –15 V) is the voltage range of the voltage inputs and impendence inputs. The VT digital axis control is outfitted with an RS232 serial interface as standard and a CANopen serial interface as an option. The model has an optional compensating capacitor with a capacitance of 220 nF and amplitude stability of 0.2 percent /10 K. The unit is used for the open-loop and closed-loop control of position, pressure, velocity, and differential pressure, as well as the optional synchronous operation of a maximum of four electro-hydraulic axes. The model features a 16/32-bit MC68376 processor and must be kept in a temperature range of -20 to +70 degrees Celsius. The VT digital axis control’s power supply is resistant to short circuits, balanced to the ground, and synchronizable between 4.8 and 5.2 kHz.
The model VT-HNC100-2-3X/C-I-00/000 consists of inductive position transducers with a 2 V power supply and a maximum current of 30 mA per channel. The model has a gray code SSI digital position transducer in addition to Flash EPROM 1 MB; EEPROM 8 KB; and RAM 256 KB. This digital axis control's working voltage range is between 18 and 36 VDC. The axis control (VT-HNC100-2-3X/C-I-00/000) must be used between 0 and +50 degrees Celsius and has a reference voltage with a voltage rating of +10 V 25 mV and –10 V 25 mV. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
