VT-HNC100-2-30/P-I-E0/000 is a VT-HNC100 series programmable NC control. It is a product of Bosch Rexroth. The device is designed for closed loop control of two hydraulic axes. Operating voltage range for the control is 18 to 30 Volts DC and the nominal voltage is 24 Volts DC. At nominal input, the current consumption of the unit is 2 Amps. The 32-bit PowerPC processor performs all processing functions on the control. An RS-232 serial interface on the unit provides serial connectivity with a computer running WIN-PED 6 or WIN-PED 7 programming software. The VT-HNC100-2-30/P-I-E0/000 is equipped with Profibus for communication with superior control. Two differential analog inputs for voltage are available and support -12 to 12 Volts, with 200 kiloohms input resolution and 5 millivolts resolution. Two analog current inputs are also available and support 4 to 20 milliamps with 350 Ohms input resistance at 20 degrees Celsius. The VT-HNC100-2-30/P-I-E0/000 is also equipped with two analog output with -10 to 10 Volts range and 4 to 20 milliamps output current. The reference signals for signals is EGND. The reference voltage per axis electronics is ±10 Volts. Protection rating of the NC control is IP20. Therefore, it must be used outdoors only when it is installed inside a suitable cabinet.
