Bosch Rexroth’s HNC100 digital axis control units are designed to control one or two hydraulic axes. Although they are ideal for controlling hydraulic drives, they can also be used to control electric drives. Their typical applications include machine tools and presses.
The VT-HNC100-2-2X/W-16-C-0 is one of the programmable NC control devices for a closed-loop controlled axis in the HNC100, Component 2X series. It uses a 16/32 Bit MC68376 processor and is operated with a nominal voltage between 18V DC and 36V DC. Based on its housing, the ideal installation method for the device is rack installation. It also has a compact build that ensures simple handling and space-efficient installation. This HNC100 model is designed for two hydraulic axes and has 16 digital inputs and outputs each. It weighs 1.2kg and has an 8W power consumption rating. Its field bus is CANopen, permitting a superior form of control, and it supports the incremental and absolute (SSI) measuring systems.
