The VT-HNC100-2-2X/M-16-I-0 is a model of the digital axis control units in the HNC100, Component 2x series designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It is compatible with different encoder measurement systems, including the incremental and SSI options. This model is built for two hydraulic axes and has an INTERBUS-S interface for communication with other system components. The field bus system allows the control unit to achieve better control, and thanks to the WIN-PED 5 Bus Manager, the configuration of the field bus interfacing can be done conveniently. WIN-PED 5 is a smart and user-friendly PC program designed and developed by Bosch Rexroth to simplify the operation of control units like those in the HNC100 series. Users can program and set this model using the software program.
Operating the VT-HNC100-2-2X/M-16-I-0 requires a nominal voltage between 18V DC and 36V DC. It has 16 digital inputs and outputs each, and based on its housing, its installation type is rack installation. Because it displays high loperational reliability, this digital axis control unit can also be used in harsh industrial environments. It displays an impressive immunity to interference, climatic tolerance, and mechanical resistance to vibration and shock.
