The VT-HNC100-1-3X/N-I-00/000 is a state-of-the-art digital axis controller manufactured by Rexroth Indramat to operate in industrial servo systems and accurately control the speed, position, and general operation of hydraulic drives used in production and processing operations. this digital axis controller is unlike conventional industrial machines, it features a durable housing unit that provides it with a high degree of protection, and allows it to maintain an operational efficiency as high as 95 per cent even when it is being used in industrial conditions considered unfavourable for convectional industrial machines. The definition of tasks to be performed by this digital controller are defined through the creation of application-specific data sets, these data are generated on a personal computer with the help of the WIN-PED program, it is then sent into the controller through a digital serial interface. The WIN-PED programs used for the configuration of this controller allow for comfortable dialogue functions for the online and offline settings of machine data, it also allows for the recording and graphical representation of up to four process variables through the selection of trigger options.

The VT-HNC100-1-3X/N-I-00/000 digital axis controller features a standard RS232 serial interface and an INTERBUS optional interface through which it communicates with all other parts of the industrial servo system. The permissible ambient operating temperature for this controller falls between 0 to about 50 degrees Celsius, however, if the controller is not in active operation, it can be stored at an ambient temperature that is as high as 70 degrees Celsius.
