The VT-HNC100-1-2X/W-24-P-C is one of the HNC100, Component 2X digital axis control units designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It is immune to interference and displays impressive mechanical resistance to shock and vibration. As a result, it can be installed and operated in unfavorable industrial environments without the risk of damage. The control unit has a compact build that supports wall mounting and space-efficient installation. It is equipped with a 16/32 Bit MC68376 microcontroller chip which has high-level data manipulation capabilities. A PROFIBUS DP interface is present in this HNC100 model to facilitate its interaction with other components of the system to ensure high-level control. It is a variant for one hydraulic axis.
There are 24 digital inputs and outputs each in the VT-HNC100-1-2X/W-24-P-C. It is a programmable NC control for applications with closed-loop controlled axis and is used to control hydraulic and electric drives. Bosch Rexroth’s WIN-PED 5 software tool for PC can be used to parameterize, set, and program the device. This is based on the creation of application-specific data sets that are generated on the PC and sent via the RS232 serial interface to the HNC100. The maximum Baud rate of this interface is 9 KBaud. The digital axis control unit features freely configurable controller variants, including position controller, pressure/force controller, and position-dependent braking. It should be operated at an ambient temperature that ranges from 0°C to 50°C. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
