The VT-HNC100-1-2X/M-24-0-C is a new-generation industrial signal axis digital controller produced by competent engineers or Rexroth Indramat according to international quality standards. This axis controller is designed under ideal industrial conditions. This digital controller features a combination of trusted control designs and some of the latest technological innovations to provide a new and highly effective hydraulic axis control standard. Unlike conventional industrial machines, the VT-HNC100-1-2X/M-24-0-C does not generate any noise during operation, it also generates a low amount of heat that can be effectively regulated by natural convection. The operations carried out by this industrial controller include position-dependent breaking, alternating position and pressure closed-loop control, differential pressure evaluation, and zero point error compensation. This industrial controller can also be configured to independently handle operational errors by resetting the “No Error” message and deactivating it.

The configuration of the VT-HNC100-1-2X/M-24-0-C industrial controller is done should be done through a personal computer that contains windows 9x or Windows NT, an intel 80486 processor, and at least 10 megabytes of free hard disk space. This personal computer should also contain the WIN-PED configuration program which provides an interface for the creation and integration of application-specific data sets. After the configuration has been completed on the Personal computer, it is then sent to the controller through the CANopen bus interface.
