The Bosch VT-HNC100-1-1X/133/DGM100 is a digital NC control. It is designed for control of one hydraulic axis. With regard to interference immunity, mechanical resistance to vibration and shock, and climate proofing, the NC control is designed for use in harsh industrial environments. It conforms to EC Directives (CE mark). Typical fields of application include presses, plastics processing machines, machine tools, and transfer lines. The NC control can be programmed from a PC, with NC language, own NC program for function sequences and from the local CAN bus. The PC program WIN-PED helps operators perform configuration tasks. It is used for programming, setting and diagnostics with regard to the unit. Scope of functions for WIN-PED include comfortable dialogue functions for on-line or off-line setting of machine data and NC editor with integral syntax check and program compiler.
Scope of functions for WIN-PED also include recording and graphical representation of up to four process variables via selection of trigger options and dialogue for the graphical definition of special functions (determination of function via polygon). System requirements for WIN-PED include Windows-compatible IBM PC with Intel 80286 or higher processor (recommendation: 80486 or better), minimum 8 Megabytes RAM (recommendation: 16 Megabytes) and 10 Megabytes hard disk space. Operating voltage range for the VT-HNC100-1-1X/133/DGM100 NC control is 18 to 36 Volts DC. The RS-232 serial interface on the NC control supports maximum 9.6 kilobaud. The working temperature range is 32 to 122 degrees Fahrenheit. The storage temperature range is -4 to 158 degrees Fahrenheit.
