Product Description
The Bosch Rexroth VT-HNC100-1-1X/133/DGM051 is an industrial digital NC control. It runs on DC input and requires 18 to 36 Volts DC. Operation of the digital NC control is based on application-specific data sets. A programing software named WIN-PED is used for the creation of these data sets. The programming software runs on a Windows PC and communicates with the NC control over a serial link. The RS-232 interface on the VT-HNC100-1-1X/133/DGM051 allows PC interfacing. The RS-232 interface supports maximum 9.6 kilobaud data transfer rate. In addition to programming, WIN-PED can be used to diagnose the NC control. WIN-PED is not part of the NC control supply scope. Operators can either order the software on CD-ROM or download it from the manufacturer website. Housing of the VT-HNC100-1-1X/133/DGM051 NC control is perforated. Fluids and dirt can enter the housing leading to failure or short-circuit.
Operators working on the VT-HNC100-1-1X/133/DGM051 must ensure that everything is clean and free of moisture. Operators must switch off the power supply to the relevant system component before assembling the unit or when connecting and disconnecting plug-in connectors. The operating environment must be free from electrically conductive contamination (acids, bases, corrosive agents, salts, metal vapors, etc.) and the device must not be exposed to these substances. Before commissioning, operators must make sure that all the seals and plug of the plug-in connection are installed correctly to ensure that they are leak proof and fluids and contamination parts are prevented from penetrating the product. Do not install the NC control next to power electronics (e.g. frequency converters, etc.). The power pack of the VT-HNC100-1-1X/133/DGM051 should be installed as close to the unit as possible. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
