Product Description
The Bosch VT-HNC100-1-1X/133/DGM050 is a digital NC control. It is designed for use in machine tools, presses, transfer lines and plastics processing machines. The NC control meets requirements of closed-loop control for hydraulic drives and electrical drives. It supports user programing with a PC. The NC control also supports NC language with subprogram technique and conditional jump, and local CAN bus for parameterizing multiple NC controls. The VT-HNC100-1-1X/133/DGM050 requires 18 to 36 Volts DC input. The NC control features several analog inputs and outputs. It also features a built-in RS-232 serial interface. This interface can be used to communicate with a PC that runs the WIN-PED programming software. Operators can use WIN-PED to create data sets for the NC control. After offline creation, the data sets can be transferred to the NC control over a serial communication link. The serial interface supports up to 9.6 kilobaud transmission rates.
For optimal operation as per manufacturer specifications, the VT-HNC100-1-1X/133/DGM050 NC control requires ambient temperatures lying between 0 and 50 degrees Celsius. Unused NC controls should be kept in an environment where the temperature of air that surrounds the NC control is between -20 and 70 degrees Celsius. Only genuine packaging should be used for storage. During storage, the NC control must be protected from dust and humidity. The housing of the VT-HNC100-1-1X/133/DGM050 is perforated. According to the existing protection class, dirt and fluids may easily enter and cause failures and a short circuit. When working on the NC control operators must make sure that everything is clean and that no fluids will enter the housing. For installing the product, always observe the ambient conditions specified in the data sheet. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
