Product Description

The Bosch VT-HNC100-1-1X/132 is a programmable NC control for a closed-loop controlled axis. It can be used for applications that involve hydraulic drive and electrical drives. Areas of application of the device include presses, rail-bound vehicles, presses and transfer lines. Programming options for the VT-HNC100-1-1X/132 include user programmer with a personal computer, own NC program for function sequences, NC language with subprogram technique and conditions jumps and local CAN bus for parameterizing multiple HNC100 units. The VT-HNC100-1-1X/132 is suited to version 1 for hydraulic axis. Operation of the VT-HNC100-1-1X/132 is based on the creation of application-specific data sets. The data sets are generated on a computer. After generation, the data sets are transferred to the VT-HNC100-1-1X/132 over a serial connection. The program used to generated the data sets is WIN-PED. This software is not supplied with the NC control.

The programming software can be ordered separately or downloaded free of charge. System requirement for the computer running WIN-PED are as follows: Windows 9x/NT, Intel 80286 or advanced processor, minimum 8 megabytes RAM and 10 megabytes of hard disk space. The WIN-PED programs supports the following functionality: NC editor with integral syntax check and compiler, dialog window for on-line setting of parameter values, dialog for graphical definition of special functions. The VT-HNC100-1-1X/132 can work as a position controller, pressure/force controller, and velocity controller. The operating voltage for the VT-HNC100-1-1X/132 is 18 to 36 Volts DC. Data rate supported by the integrated RS-232 interface is 9.6 kilobaud. A VT-HNC100-1-1X/132 is intended exclusively for integration into a machine or system or to be assembled with other components to form a machine or system. The product may be commissioned only if it is integrated in the machine/system for which it is designed. Observe the operating conditions and performance limits specified in the technical data.
