Product Description
Bosch Rexroth specializes in the production of industrial equipment of the highest quality. Bosch has established the standard for innovation in the creation and manufacture of technologies that make work more accessible and productive. There are digital axis controllers, linear motors, drive controllers, frequency converters, brake choppers, and power supply modules among the company's offerings.
The VT-HNC100-1-1X/130 model features four analog inputs and an incremental transducer with a 0 to 1 V input voltage. The operational voltage range of the model is 18 to 36 VDC, and its power consumption is 8 W. The power supply is protected against short circuits, balanced to the ground, and synchronizable between 4.8 and 5.2 kHz. The VT digital axis controller includes four current inputs with 4 mA to 20 mA of input current. The model has RS232 serial connection as standard. The 8, 16, or 24 input and output switching conductors are flexible up to 1.5 mm2. This digital control axis is equipped with a 16/32 Bit MC68376 CPU, 1 MB of Flash EPROM, 8 KB of EEPROM, and 256 KB of RAM (main memory). The VT digital axis controller has four impedance inputs with an input voltage range of -10 V to +10 V. The input resistance of the impedance inputs is less than 10 Mohms, and the factory-set calibration tolerance is 40 mV.
The model VT-HNC100-1-1X/130 must be operated within a temperature range of 0 to +50 degrees Celsius and has a reference voltage of +10 V. Due to high-resistance inputs, the model (VT-HNC100-1-1X/130) cannot employ capacitors or diodes in its internal protection circuits. When connecting analog signals to the inputs, you must observe all EMC safety laws and precautions. In addition, the signal filtrations must be externally linked to an incoming circuit. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
