Product Description
VT-HNC100 is a programmable NC control. It is designed by Bosch Rexroth for closed loop control applications. The card meets control requirements of hydraulic drives and electrical drives. Applications of the control include presses, rail bound vehicles, machine tools and transfer lines. Operators have multiple options for its programming, including using a computer for programming, local CAN bus for parameterization, and NC language with subprogram. When used for position control applications, the VT-HNC100 features a PIDT1 controller, and supports linear gain current, direction-dependent adjustment, fine positioning, state feedback, and synchronization control. When used for pressure/force control applications, the control features a PIDT1 controller and supports differential pressure evaluation, native scanning rate, and I-component. When used for velocity control applications, the VT-HNC100 supports a PI controller and I-component that can be cut in or out via a windows. Monitoring available on the unit include error monitoring, traverse range limits, and cable break monitoring. The NC control supports 18 to 36 Volts DC input and consumes 8 Watts power. Connected sensors and actuators draw additional power. It is passed on a 16 or 32-bit MC68376 processor. Memory on the unit includes 1 MB flash EPROM, 8 kB EEPROM and 256 KB RAM. The permissible operating temperature is 0 to 50 degrees Celsius and the storage temperature is -20 to 70 degrees Celsius. Weight of the unit is 1 kilogram and its dimensions are 71 x 155 x 204 millimeters. Integrated communication interface on the unit is RS-232 that supports 9.6 kbaud data transfer rate. Optional communication interfaces include Profibus DP, CANopen and Interbus-S. Proper operation requires handling by trained personnel. Failure to follow recommended safety precautions can lead to serious injury and equipment damage.
