Product Description
The Bosch Rexroth Indramat VT-HMC-2-10/M-0-00/00 brings flexibility as a digital axis controller for advanced automation systems.
The controller functions at 24 VDC with operating specifications that range from 17.5 VDC to 30 VDC. In a single-axis setup, it uses 0.2 to 0.3 Amps of current at 24 VDC power. Under a maximum load, the device needs 0.9 to 1.1 Amps. With two motor axes, the empty axis range is 0.3–0.5 A while the full system load requires 1.8–2.2 A. One axis consumes less than 8 watts and two axes use less than 14 watts as power. With this device, you can connect 4 digital inputs for one axis or 8 for two axes. Its input voltage range stands between -3 to 5 V and between 11 to UB V. This setup draws between 2 and 15 mA during high-level operation. Each digital output set has two signals for one axis and four signals for two axes that generate 0 to 3 V low signals and 14.5 to UB V high signals while delivering at most 50 mA current with a 0.5–1.2 ms signal delay. The analog inputs provide 4-course readings in single-axis mode plus 8 in dual-axis mode at 14-bit precision between -10 to +10 V. These inputs have a 200 kΩ measurement resistance with 10% tolerance.
The VT-HMC-2-10/M-0-00/00 delivers analog outputs for two separate axes with a 16-bit resolution through two pairs consisting of -10 to +10 V or 0 to 10 V (software-configurable) voltage signals. Each output block must handle a minimum load of 1000 Ohms. Users can select output ranges up to 20 mA or 4-20 mA while handling loads of up to 500 Ω through the device's software configuration screen. The controller links with PROFIBUS DP, Sercos III, PROFINET RT, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT, and Powerlink through different communication methods while setting parameters from Ethernet access. It functions from 0 to 50 degrees Celsius temperature range with an IP20 protection system. The system takes less than 15 seconds to start up and weighs only 0.6 kilograms. It can be purchased at Wake Industrial with a one-year warranty.
