The VT-HACD-DPQ-1-20-V0-1-0-0 is a model of the digital control electronics component of the VT-HACD-DPQ, Component Series 2x family. Like others in the series, it is well-suited for electro-hydraulic injection molding machines. It is a basic unit for one axis, with a display unit having four buttons for adjusting its parameters. These include the injection profile, transition parameters, holding pressure profile, worm retraction, and decompression parameters. Additionally, it displays error messages during faults to ensure accurate rectification. The ideal connector for the card is a 64-pole male multipoint connector in line with DIN 41612, design G.
