Product Description
VT-HACD-3-22/E-I-00-000 is a digital card. It is produced by Bosch Rexroth. The card works as a control electronics card and as a command value card. When used for control electronics, it works for control loops with a PIDT1 controller and optional feedback. When used as a command value card, it can be used for linking, generating and standardizing signals. A serial RS-232 interface is available on the front of the card. This interface allows serial communication with other serial-enabled devices, such as computers. Operators can download the BODAC software from the Bosch website, install it on a computer, and use it to configure and monitor the card. The software can also be used for management of the machine and measured data. To install the software, operators need a computer with 64 MB of RAM and 250 MB of hard disk space. The operating voltage for the VT-HACD-3-22/E-I-00-000 card is 18 to 30 Volts DC and the nominal input is 24 Volts DC. The current consumption at 24 Volts DC is 200 milliamps. The card is based on a 32-bit Power PC processor. There are 6 analog inputs on the card that support -15 to 15 Volts voltage and 0 to 20 milliamps current. The three analog outputs support 0 to 10 Volts or ±10 Volts. The output current range is selectable between 0 to 20 / 4 to 20 milliamps. The card is equipped with an Ethernet interface for network communication. The reference voltage for per axis electronics is +10 Volts. The admissible operating temperature is 0 to 50 degrees Celsius and the storage temperature is -20 to 70 degrees Celsius. Protection class of the VT-HACD-3-22/E-I-00-000 card is IP20. Its weight, with the Ethernet interface, is 1162 grams. Dimensions of the card are 120 x 86 x 123 millimeters.
