Product Description
The Bosch VT-HACD-1-1X-V0-1-D-0 is an industrial card. Operators can use it as a command value card for linking, generating and standardizing signals. Operators can also use the card for control loops with optional state feedback and PIDT1 controller. The VT-HACD-1-1X-V0-1-D-0 supports DeviceNet communication. It does not feature a valve output stage. The computer-based BODAC software application is required for card programming, setting and diagnosis. Via the local bus, up to 32 control electronics can be connected. Via BODAC, every control electronics is assigned a bus address. A RS-232 serial service interface is provided for computer interfacing. The computer system requirements include Windows XP/Vista/7, minimum 64 megabtes RAM and 250 megabytes of storage. The BODAC software application is not included in the scope of delivery. Operators can download the application from the Bosch website.
Other accessories required for the card include an interface cable, an optionally available USB adapter and a connector for Profibus. Process connection on the VT-HACD-1-1X-V0-1-D-0 is a Profibus DP in Motorola format and CANopen for communication with a superior control. If operators utilize the VT-HACD-1-1X-V0-1-D-0 as a controller card, digital position measurement systems of type SSI or incremental can be used for actual value collection. The maximum frequency of the card incremental encoder input (fG) is 100 kilohertz. The maximum travel velocity of the drive, the resolution of the encoder system used and the possible signal evaluation by EXE (interpolation and digitalizing electronics) determine the frequency. If the VT-HACD-1-1X-V0-1-D-0 is used as controller card, you must select "Controller" for the signal connection. Nominal supply for the VT-HACD-1-1X-V0-1-D-0 is 24 Volts DC and the nominal current draw during card standby is 250 milliamps.
