Product Description
The VT-HACD-1-1X-V0-1-0-01 component series card can control two control circuits at a time. The digital command value and controller card has a serial RS 232 interface, a parameterizable ramp function, and a front display with four keys. It has a microcontroller for establishing connections, making adjustments and realizing the closed control loops. A FLASH is used to store the various parameters, command values, and data for configuration in a non-volatile format.
This unit from the Rexroth Bosch Group has to be connected to a Windows 7, Windows XP or Windows Vista-based personal computer for software configuration. This connection is established with a 1:1 RS 232 cable through a serial interface. The card typically utilizes 64MB memory and 250MB hard disk space. It features dialog functions and a dialog window for setting machine data in offline or online mode and parameter values in online mode. The front display of the card cannot be used to make configuration changes like error monitoring, signal linking, and trigger conditions. Apart from the configuration, the BODAC PC program also helps to diagnose and parameterize the card.
The card also supports various trigger operations to record and graphically represent eight process variables. It has a broad range of options for displaying the digital inputs and outputs, flags, and process variables. The accessory encompasses a predefined set of attributes such as ramp active, waiting time completed, and command value = actual value that can be chosen as the function for any digital output. When the unit operates as a controller card, the controller structure takes the form of a PIDT1 controller. In this case, the control parameters can be set either independently or in the form of blocks. The card assists in monitoring various components like the analog inputs, microcontroller, position sensor, memory and supply, 10V reference, and internal voltages for multiple factors.
