Product Description
The VT-HACD-1-15-V0-1-0-0 Digital axis controller uses a digital command value and controller card. The Rexroth Bosch Group’s 15 components series card features two control loops. The basic device comes with a front display and a bus interface without options. The card uses a microcontroller for multiple purposes such as making adjustments, realizing the closed control loops, establishing links, and controlling the entire process.
The card has a 4A time-lag fuse rating, 24VDC ideal operating voltage, and 250mA standby current consumption. Its weight is 0.2kg. The device does not support a valve output stage and includes a front display. The HACD card can be programmed, set, and diagnosed using the BODAC PC program without any jumper. It is connectable to a personal computer through a serial interface using a 1:1 RS 232 bus cable for the front plate. Two different modes can be configured by linking the pre-defined functional components. The various parameters of the controller card can be accessed through a corresponding menu structure. The diagnosis options include outputting error messages, as well as displaying actual and command values. The digital outputs feature a maximum 30mA current rating.
The six analog inputs have a very low nonlinearity of less than 10mV when they are configured as the input voltage. When the second or third analog output is set as +/-10V, the corresponding output current is 10mA, the resolution is 10mV and the residual ripple is +/-25mV without noise. The valve position sensor has coil resistance ranging from 130 ohms to 164 ohms between coil connections 1 and 2. The analog outputs and inputs can be set to different values based on requirements using the software. The installation must be done in such a way that if differential inputs are used, they get connected and disconnected at the same time. The card can be used to adjust hydraulic drives through residual velocity logic and characteristic curve correction.
