The VT-HACD-1-13-V0-1-D-0 Digital axis controller features a DeviceNet connectivity for connecting to a personal computer. The basic device helps in adjusting a hydraulic drive through many parameters such as zero-point correction, overlap compensation, and area adjustment. The front display panel helps to access the position sensors, analog inputs and outputs, output parameters, ramp parameters, command values, and actual values.
The card supports usage as a controller card when it is used with control loops that feature PIDT1 microcontrollers and feedback optionally. The 13 components series card doubles up as a command value card when signals have to be generated, linked, and standardized. In this case, SSI or incremental digital position measurement systems can be used to collect the actual values. Some key functions of the digital command value and controller card are parameterizable ramp function and substitutional closed-loop control. The unit can be used as a 100 x 160 mm printed circuit board fitted on both sides in Europe format. It is usable in personal computers operating on Windows 7, Windows Vista or Windows XP operating system.
The pre-defined functional components of the card have to be linked to configure it using the software. The error identification and working range values can be defined for any of the many analog inputs available. The second analog output has a fixed value of +/-10V. One digital input and one digital output have the fixed functionalities of Enable and OK respectively. The functions of the remaining digital outputs can be set from a preset list. We can ship the card worldwide with a one-year warranty. The card can be used to monitor various types of errors. Both the error monitoring and the reaction caused due to this error can be configured in the card. The unit makes use of an RS485 line receiver or line driver for its SSI transducer.
