The VT-HACD-1-12-V0-1-P-0is a 12 components series Digital axis controller. This axis controller from Rexroth Bosch Group offers substitutional closed-loop control with 32 blocks of controller parameters, speeds, and command values. It features a parameterizable ramp function. The unit serves as a command value card to generate, standardize, and link signals. The accessory also functions as a controller card with the help of optional state feedback and a PIDT1 microcontroller. It supports a valve output stage.

The card comprises an OK output and an Enable input, apart from the various analog and digital inputs and outputs. The unit supports the configuration of one analog output and all seven digital outputs. It does not comprise a valve output stage. The accessory encompasses a PROFIBUS DPV0 bus connection in Motorola format with an RS232 serial interface. It features a +/-10V reference voltage output. The digital command value and controller card typically utilize64MB memory when it is installed in a personal computer. The card has a display on the front that can be used to highlight, diagnose, and change various parameters with the four keys available.

The card supports graphical representation and recording of eight process variables by using different trigger options. The unit is compatible with the VT 10812-2X/64G connection adapter.
