Product Description

The VT 3000 S 3X-R5 E is one among the various analog electronic amplifiers in the VT 3000 series produced by the Rexroth Bosch Group. The amplifier is ideal for operating 1X component series DBEPS 6 and 3DREP6 direct operated proportional pressure valves without electrical position feedback. The unit has an adjustable ramp time ranging from 0.03s to 5s. The K1 to K4 relays can be operated to call up the 1 to 4 command value inputs. The relays of the card can be switched with smoothed 24VDC voltage rating.

The command value input 6 of the analog amplifier serves as a differential input. However, when this command value is switched off or on, the two signal lines must be connected to or separated from the input simultaneously. When external command value potentiometers are used at the 1 to 4 command value inputs, the internal potentiometers will act as limiters or weakeners if they are not set to their maximum values. The analog amplifier is available with a warranty period of one year. It is compatible with Type VT 3002-2X/32 card holders.

The Ready-for-Operation H12 green LED, lights up to highlight trouble-free operation when the solenoid lines have no short circuit and the internal power supply functions properly without any problem. The amplifier has a 22V lower limit value and 39V upper limit value for operating voltage. The 1 to 4 command values have +/-9V input voltage. The amplifier has 3 HE (128.4mm) height for the front plate and weighs 0.13 KG. The signal lines and solenoid lines of the unit must not be kept close to the power lines. The amplifier card features slow pilot fuses due to the loading current that flows through the smoothing capacitor. Measurements on the amplifier card must be performed using instruments that have a resistance of more than 100 Kiloohms.
