Product Description
The VT 3000 S 3X is an electronic analog amplifier from the Rexroth Bosch Group. The 3X component series analog amplifier can be used for controlling pilot operated proportional directional valves. These valves range from type WRZ to component series 6X valves without any electrical position feedback. The unit provides control by proportionally changing an input voltage signal into output current for powering proportional solenoids. It encompasses 20mA +/-25% output biasing current.
The amplifier features a factory assigned ramp time ranging between 30ms and around 1s to 5s, 24VDC +60% -5% operating voltage, and a 32-pin terminal strip with form D and DIN mount. It comprises a Euro card plug-in designof100 x 160mm size. The ramp time can be set to the minimum value using an external bridge or a relay. The analog unit also has four command values that can be adjusted using potentiometers. Relays encompassing gold contacts must be used when switching command values. The amplifier must always be switched off to plug in or unplug the amplifier card.
The analog amplifier has an operating temperature range of 0° to 50°C. The internal potentiometer used for the ramp time can be set to the maximum value with the help of an external time potentiometer. The H11 LED is illuminated when the system is turned on. The command value voltage is regulated through the +/-9V controlled voltage of the power supply or by using an external command value potentiometer. The lighting of the H1 to H4 LEDs indicate which command value has been momentarily called up. The relay has 2150 Ohms coil resistance, 2.4V return voltage, and 16.8V threshold voltage. The company can ship the analog amplifier card worldwide with a one-year warranty period through any of one of its various delivery partners.
