Product Description
The Bosch VT 3000 S 32 is an electronic amplifier. It is designed for industrial applications that require control of proportional directional valves. The amplifier comes in a Euro card format. Amplifiers from the VT 3000 family are compatible with the following valves: Model 4 WRZ (sizes 10 to 52). VT 3000 series amplifiers feature a voltage stabilizer that helps to ensure a constant voltage for stable performance. The ramp generator enables control of acceleration and deceleration rates. The configurable ramp time options are 1 / 5 seconds. The amplifier also features a function generator that eliminates valve deadband for instantaneous reversal. A 10 Volt differential amplifier input allows interfacing with programmable controllers, computer and microprocessors. Four LED indicators on the front panel allow a visual reference of the input relays.
Nominal power supply voltage for the VT 3000 S 32 is 24 Volts DC. The permitted power supply variance is ±10%. The input control voltage is ±9 Volts. Power consumption of the VT 3000 S 32 is 30 Watts. The working temperature is 0 to 50 degrees Celsius (32 to 122 degrees Fahrenheit). Weight of the amplifier module is approximately 0.15 kilograms. Safety instructions from Bosch must be followed for safe and reliable amplifier operation. The VT 3000 S 32 must be powered off before it is connected or disconnected. Operators making measurements on the unit must use a meter with high input impedance. Radio transceivers or radar equipment should not be used near the VT 3000 S 32. In case of instability, operators should bleed air from the solenoid with the electronics deactivated. Only trained technical personnel should work with the amplifier.
