Product Description
The VT 3000 S 2X created by Rexroth Indramat belongs to the VT-3000 Series analog amplifiers. These are the components that are used to operate the proportionate directional valves and convert the input voltage value proportionally to compatible output current which powers the connected solenoids. The amplifier design is made to control the pilot-operated model WRZ directional valves, and their proportional valves of models 3DREP6 and DBEP6, while operating with the Voltage of 24 VDC within a 10 % variation. It features a Euro card design with 32 pin plug-in module for easy connectivity.
The VT 3000 S 2X cards employ pulse width modulation based output which reduces hysteresis. It has all the common features of VT-3000 series cards like the four adjustable command values which restrict the maximum values of the input signal and give more safety. They also have an LED display on the front panel which indicates the instantaneous reference value of the input relay. They also have in built-in voltage stabilizer unit that provides the consistently rated voltage to achieve optimum performance. An inbuilt ramp generator with the adjustable Ramp Timings that range from 3 milliseconds to 1 sec helps in controlling the acceleration and deceleration values and permit adjustments from 1 to 5 seconds.
The VT 3000 S 2X valve amplifier has a robust construction quality based on a solid-state architecture which increases its reliability and makes it easy to handle. The fact that the input value current can be adjusted using the external command potentiometers gives the users a flexibility to also make these internal potentiometers work as delimiters when by not setting them to the maximum rated values.
