Product Description
The VT-3000 is an analog amplifier card that is designed and manufactured by Indramat Bosch Rexroth. It is best suited for controlling model WRZ directional valves (up to component series 6) that are pilot operated. The VT-3000 is also designed to control model 3DREP6/ DBEP6 proportional pressure valves that are direct operated. The amplifier card comes with four command valves that you can adjust through potentiometers that control the highest input signal. In addition, there are four connected LEDs on the plate’s front face.
The LEDs enable a quick visual reference of the input relays. The VT-3000 is also integrated with a voltage stabilizer. The stabilizer assures that there is a constant voltage for optimal and consistence performance. Another impressive and useful feature of the analog amplifier card is the built-in ramp generator. It is used for controlling the rates of acceleration and deceleration, which you can adjust to 1 or 5 seconds. The analog amplifier card uses pulse width modulation (PWM) output, which gives a differing effect. This ensures that there is reduced hysteresis as well as a high ambient temperature range.
The VT-3000 is integrated with some technical specifications that make it a market favorite. One of the most impressive specification is the 24 VDC + or - 10 % Operating Voltage. The other technical specifications are factory assigned, which include the connection type, ramp time, and series. The analog amplifier card also features a step function generator, polarity protection for the supply of voltage, and two pulsed current output stages. It is crucial to note that when supplied, the VT-3000 has a 5 second ramp time with a setting of the ramp time of 1 second.
