Product Description
Bosch Rexroth is always developing in order to offer clients the most effective solutions. Electronic amplifier cards, control sections, drive controllers, frequency converters, drive converters, brake choppers, and inverter modules are included in the product range.
The VT 2000S4X-1 model controls proportional pressure relief control valves with a single solenoid and no electrical position feedback. This is accomplished by the model serving as a proportional power amplifier. Its maximum current output is 100 mA. The VT electronic amplifier card weighs 0.15 kilos and must be operated between 0 degrees Celsius and 50 degrees Celsius. One division (5.08 mm) of space is required on the conductor side and eight divisions for the faceplate. The model's pulse width modulated output produces a dithering effect to reduce hysteresis. It has an operating voltage of 24 VDC +/-10 percent and a minimum input load of at least 500 Ohms. The terminals of the current denoted by the suffix "ac" are already internally linked. No connections can thus be made to these terminals. The model incorporates a circuit board with a terminal strip connector. The input control voltage of the VT electronic amplifier card is + 9 V, and the coil resistance is 19.5 ohms.
The model VT 2000S4X-1 has a maximum output current rating of 800 mA and temperature drift of 2 percent per degree Kelvin. The card for the 40 component series has a factory-assigned pulse frequency and nameplate. The device does not let the external change of ramp times independently. All of the card's (VT 2000S4X-1) control voltage wires must be shielded, with one end of the shield connected to the enclosure's panel ground while the other must be left open.
