Product Description
The VT 2000K4X-1 is a state-of-the-art industrial electrical amplifier designed by Rexroth Indramat to improve the efficiency of industrial machines by increasing the input current and voltage it receives to generate a machine response that is proportional to predetermined configuration parameters. This industrial amplifier is majorly designed to carry out the direct control of pressure control valves without the need for an electrical position feedback mechanism, however, it carries out other functions such as the protection of solenoid cables from short circuiting and reverse polarity. This amplifier does not emit any dangerous chemical substances, this makes it very safe for industrial operation. Also, during operation, this industrial amplifier does not generate a high amount of noise, this makes it possible for operators to integrate and operate the device at any time without causing any disturbance to the servo system.
The VT 2000K4X-1 industrial amplifier features two input interfaces through which it receives the input voltage from the power supply unit. During operation, the solenoid current generated by this industrial amplifier is about 800 milliamperes, while the biasing current falls between the ranges of 0 to about 300 milliamperes. The electrical connection used in this industrial amplifier is the 32-pin male connector which is designed according to DIN 41 612. The integration of this amplifier into the servo system should be done by highly trained engineers who are familiar with Rexroth Indramat products, however, this integration should be done only after the amplifier has been disconnected from the power supply.
The VT 2000K4X-1 amplifier does not generate a high amount of heat during operation, this makes it possible for temperature to be easily regulated via natural convection.
