Product Description
The VT 2000 S 42 is a proportional power amplifier which is used to control proportional relief values and pump controls. The voltage stabilizer enables optimal performance of VT 2000 S 42 by monitoring constant voltage. The integrated potentiometer of the VT 2000 S 42 limits input command voltage signal which is critical for the safe operator control. The ramp generator of the power amplifier controls the rates of increase and decrease in pressure (signal vs time). The ramp generator distributes a stepped input signal into steadily increasing output signal over an adjustable period of time. To ensure an independent control, the “up” and “down” ramp times are separately adjustable. The 100 Hz/ 200 Hz oscillator of the VT 2000 S 42 is designed for optimum pump of the value performance. The 10 V differential amplifiers input enables interface with programmable computers, microprocessors and controllers.
To ensure safety turn off the power supply before connecting and disconnecting amplifier card and do not use any solenoid wires in the surrounding area of the power wires of VT 2000 S 42. Always make measurements with high impedance meter. Do not use radio transmitters with in the 3 feet of the card. For the input signal, the switches must be able to handle current under 1 mA (reed switches, dry circuit contacts).
The ramp times of the VT 2000 S 42 are externally adjustable with the help of potentiometer, and each ramp is switched off separately to enable both the ramps to function independently. Always connect using the terminals a or c, the input and output terminals labeled with the suffix ‘ac’ are connected internally.
