Product Description
Industrial automation in manufacturing means the use of intelligent machines in manufacturing plants to ensure that processes are completed within the shortest time possible, with minimal human intervention and lowest production costs. As such, it requires different control systems that facilitate the operating equipment to execute allotted tasks at the right speed, precision, and endurance on their own. Industrial automation can be achieved through different techniques like electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, computers, pneumatic and electronic. Today, these techniques are combined into a machine system that provides desired operations. Rexroth Bosch is an innovation and technology leader in industrial automation and digitalization. In close cooperation with partners and customers, Rexroth is the driving force for the world of industrial automation.
From the company’s wide range of products is also the electronic amplifier VT 2000 K 43-2 for controlling proportional pressure control valves simply called an amplifier card. This one is installed on board with a terminal strip and allocated on a particular valve - a specific type of proportional device. In general, the amplifier cards serves to convert an input voltage signal proportionally into output current - to power a proportional electromagnet. Furthermore, the VT 2000 K 43-2 amplifier card balances pressure, because the force on the pilot poppet of the valve is differential due to the amount of current sent to the solenoid.
The VT 2000 K 43-2 comes with factory-integrated features such as ramp generator (separately adjustable for upwards and downwards direction), voltage stabilizer, potentiometer for limiting input voltage signals, and frequency oscillator among others. This amplifier card is a compact and precise component with many integrated features that can highly contribute to the machine’s performance and efficiency.
