Product Description
The VT-2000K 40 Electronic Amplifier Card helps in controlling proportional pressure relief control valves that have a single solenoid and no electrical position feedback. The Amplifier Card from Rexroth Hydraulics does this function by acting as a proportional power amplifier. The unit has an ambient operating temperature range of 0°C to 50°C. It features a pulse width modulated output that renders a dither-effect to lessen hysteresis. The accessory includes a board with a terminal strip type of connection.
The 40 components series Amplifier Card comes with a factory assigned pulse frequency and nameplate. It has a 24VDC +/-10% operating voltage and a minimum input load of more than or equal to 500 Ohms. The unit does not support the independent adjustment of ramp times externally. To do the external adjustment for both ramps, a 500 Kilo ohms potentiometer must be connected between the second and fourth pins. The reed switches or dry circuit contacts that are used in the accessory for the input signal must be capable of handling low currents under 1mA. The terminals of the current that is labeled with the suffix “ac” are already connected internally. Hence, no connections can be done to these terminals.
The Amplifier Card features 800mA maximum output current rating and temperature drift of 2%/°K. The card comprises space requirements of one division (0.200”) on the conductor side, seven divisions on the component side and eight divisions for the faceplate. All the control voltage wires of the card must be shielded and the card end of the shield must be connected to the panel ground on the enclosure while the other side must be left open. The card is compatible with the VT 3002-1X single cardholder, VT 1516-1X single cardholder with power supply and VT 1700-1X double cardholder with power supply.
