The VSB40.3D1G-1G0NN-C2D-EN-NN-FW is a control cabinet PC designed by Rexroth Indramat to form a PC-based operator terminal when connected to the VDP display unit. This control cabinet can also be configured to carry out control operations in industrial applications such as handling and assembly systems, wood working machines, printing machines, packaging machines, and lots more. The application of this control cabinet PC is strictly restricted to those listed in its documentation. Operator errors, Software or firmware errors, defective components, and the wrong input of parameters before commissioning can cause dangerous movements in the industrial servo system. Special hazard classification symbols are inscribed on various parts of the drive controller according to ANSI Z535.4-2002, these signs are intended to warn operators of the potential danger posed by various parts of the VSB control cabinet PC.
The VSB40.3D1G-1G0NN-C2D-EN-NN-FW control cabinet PC uses a Celeron 440 min. 2 GHz microprocessor with a 1 gigabyte random access memory which helps to hold operational information for the device. The control cabinet PC also features a 80 gigabyte hard disk and an optional DVD burner. It supplies a voltage of about 24 volts and can consume a maximum power of 200 Watts.
