Product Description
The VPP40.3BIK-1G0NN-D1D-DN-NN-FW is a PC-Based visual operator terminal designed by Rexroth intranet to serve as a passive operator in the industrial servo system. This controller serves as an interface between the controller and all parts of the servo system, the front panel of the controller contain various types of pressure-sensitive keys which the controller can use to send in configuration, installation, or diagnostic commands into the servo system. The front panel is a Thin Film Transistor Liquid Crystal Display, this type of display is used because it consumes less energy, has high visibility, and requires less eye strain. The front panel is about 350 millimeters wide and 250 millimeters long, it also has a resolution of 1024 x 768.
The VPP40.3BIK-1G0NN-D1D-DN-NN-FW operator terminal operates with a PC-Box which carries out all processing operations through its Celeron P4500 1.86 GHz processor. The operator terminal requires a standard nominal current of 24 volts, however, it can also work with a current that falls between the range of 19 to 30 volts. The PC box is connected to an external rechargeable battery, the battery ensures the operator terminal is always supplied with electrical energy, it does this by taking over power supply operation when the electrical energy supplied to the controller falls below +19 volts. A fuse is also integrated into the PC box to protect it from excessive electrical energy.
The VPP40.3BIK-1G0NN-D1D-DN-NN-FW operator terminal features electrical components which generate leakage current during the operation of the terminal, thus this operator terminal should be well-grounded to prevent electrical accidents during the operation of the operator terminal. Also, all electrical cables operated with the VPP40.3BIK-1G0NN-D1D-DN-NN-FW operator terminal should be well-shielded to reduce electromagnetic radiation and electrical noise. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
