Product Description
The VPP16.3AKM-2G0NN-D4D-HE-NN-FW is a new generation PC-based visual operation terminal designed by Rexroth Indramat to serve as an interface between the servo system and the industrial operator. This device communicates with all parts of the industrial servo system, it collects information from the servo system and accurately displays necessary operational information on its Thin-Film Transistor Display which can display up to 260000 different colors at a resolution of 800 x 600. The VPP16.3AKM-2G0NN-D4D-HE-NN-FW visual terminal can also serve as a passive controller as it features a touch-screen technology that the operator can use to send in commands into the servo system.
The PC-Box of the VPP16.3AKM-2G0NN-D4D-HE-NN-FW uses the Core Duo L2400 1.66 GHz processor and the Windows XP operating system. The PC-Box also contains special interfaces through which the operation terminal is connected to all parts of the servo system. Some of the connection interfaces include a service monitor interface, two ethernet communication interfaces, and 6 USB interfaces. This device can also withstand and operate smoothly in a harsh industrial environment, it withstands industrial shock as high as 15 g and vibration shock of 1g. The operator terminal generates leakage current during operation, to prevent electrical accidents, operators should ensure that the device is securely connected to a grounding connection.
The VPP16.3AKM-2G0NN-D4D-HE-NN-FW PC-based visual operation terminal has a total weight of about 4.9 kilograms. The visual terminal is sensitive to high temperature thus to prevent overheating and machine breakdown, operators should ensure the controller is installed in an industrial position that allows the flow of cool air around the terminal. Also, this controller should not be operated in atmospheric temperature that exceeds 2000 mean sea level. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
