The VPB40.3D1L-1G0NN-D1D-DN-NN-FW is a product of Bosch Rexroth Group. It is a control cabinet PC under the VPB40.3 series. It can be used together with the VDP 40.3 OR VDP 16.3 operator display to form a PC-based operator terminal. The operator terminal can also fulfill control capabilities depending on the configuration. The control cabinet PC is connected to the operator display via an 80m cable that comes with a serial CDI display interface. It comes with an installed operating system. The VPB40.3D1L-1G0NN-D1D-DN-NN-FW is designed for industrial applications such as woodworking machines, machine tools, packaging machines, and food processing machines, among others.

The Rexroth cabinet PC is not ideal for environments with extremely high or low temperatures and underwater applications. Use it for applications permitted by Bosch Rexroth Group. It comprises of 40 line, 3 series, and a CDI control panel interface. The PC-box has two slots and two PCIs. It comes with 1024MB memory capacity, core Duo L2400, 1.66GHz, 2 MB cache system configuration, and DC 24 V connecting voltage. The hard disk is approximately 2.5 inches and has a maximum capacity of 80GB. The control cabinet PC is maintenance-free. Check the fan at least once a year and all the plug and terminal connections to ensure they are tight.

The VPB40.3D1L-1G0NN-D1D-DN-NN-FW comes with several chipsets such as graphics and memory controller hub. The interfaces include two RJ45, DVI interface, voltage connection, six USB connection, and CDI interface. It has an IP 20 degree protection, DC 24V voltage supply, and 80W maximum power consumption. Ambient conditions are – 20 to 60 degrees storage and transport temperature, 5 to 45 degrees operating temperature, minimum and maximum humidity of 5 and 85% respectively, and 3000m installation elevation.
