The IndraControl VPB40.3-MV-IL-0001 industrial PC by Bosch Rexroth is a scalable ultra-compact Industrial PC that combines maximum computing power in a robust and compact design deemed suitable for applications with a wide range of options for installation in the control cabinet. The IndraControl VPB40.3-MV-IL-0001 provides a professional solution for applications where PC and control unit have to be separated. The PC is fabricated to be installed in the panels of the control cabinet or console housing. The industrial PC box can be securely mounted in a control cabinet and connected to various visualization platforms and operator terminals. The PC is ideally suited for control, visualization and communication, for example into network based control system. The IndraControl VPB40.3-MV-IL-0001 presents standard Intel Core or Celeron Processors, offering computing power for a wide range of automation control and visualization tasks. Due to their impressive computing power in relation to their size, this ruggedized PC is mainly suited for use in Industrial automation applications. The Computing power, RAM, mass storage, interfaces and connection options can be scaled to specifications as required.
The PC is offered with up to four PCI/PCIe slots and a 320GB standard Hard Drive (HDD). Optional 320GB RAID1 HDD and 192GB SDD (Solid-state-drive) are also offered with the standard version. The PC supports 2 x TCP/IP (1Gbit/s) Ethernet Interface, 6 x USB 2.0, 1 x DVI and 1 x CDI interface for connection to display and communication terminals. The nominal power consumption of the PC is 160W and operated on input supply voltage of 24VDC (19VDC-30VDC). It is recommended to install an external UPS with the PC. The PC enclosure is designed as per industrial environments and comply with IP20 overall product protection. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
