Product Description
The VMA 70CR 001-D power supply module has an output current rating of 70A. The Bosch Rexroth device can be connected to a 3 x 400 to 460VAC supply voltage at a frequency of 48 to 62 Hz. This supply voltage features a tolerance level of 48 to 62Hz. The normal operation of the product is indicated by part illumination of one of the two multi-digit displays. It can be connected to a VM/RMC backplane module. The power supply for the unit should be supplied by an external 24VDC load power supply module that is in adherence to EN 61 131 specifications.
The power supply module has a width of 150mm and weighs 14.3kg. The X27 slot can be used to insert a memory card. The unit encompasses two DC link test sockets towards the bottom of the front panel. The DC link at these sockets should feature zero voltage before the product is dismounted after its operation. The device does not support any additional functionality. It is integrated with a line monitor for multiple- and single-phase mains failure. The three-phase current module to which it is connected is capable of monitoring the extreme speed of the motor. There must be a distance of 1mm between the current module and the power supply module when they are assembled.
The device supports a maximum operating temperature of 55°C with decreased performance. The module is equipped with the ability to turn off the drives instantly because of overvoltage or overcurrent when there is a mains failure. The product is capable of bridging regular short-term failures. The conductive bars fixed on to the backplane feature a dangerous voltage when the power supply module is in use. We can ship the product to your preferred destination around the world with a one-year warranty.
