Product Description
The VMA 35BR 001-D power supply module is used to control several clutches and brakes. This module has an adjustable output current. The Bosch Rexroth device features a compact structure. It is equipped with a sinusoidal recovery capability. The unit has a weight of 11.1kg and a width of 100mm. The standard Servodyn product does not support any digital interface. It is capable of monitoring as well as getting connected to a dead-man’s key. If the T dip switch on the personality module of the unit is turned on, the seven-segment display shows the current software release as a running text during test operation.
The power supply module encompasses two multi-digit displays that flash one after the other. These displays indicate an overtemperature warning when the temperature of the heatsink is more than 75°C that calls for checking of the fan and air supply. The device must be replaced if there is a synchronization error after checking the system voltage. The X06 connector of the product features two pins for the STA relay. The S1 hex switch is used to set the power-off delay for the internal enable signal. The conductor bars can be fitted on to the terminal blocks of the backplane module with an SW 4 Allen key. The VMA 35BR 001-D can be shipped anywhere across the world.
The secured DC link connections of the power supply module have 5Nm tightening torque. The device has a rated current of 35A and a rated power of 24kVA at an ideal temperature of 45°C. The STA contact on the terminal strip of the module opens up as soon as an error occurs. The X32 terminal strip can be used to plug in to the control cable of the mains connection module through which the product is connected. The power supply module comes with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
