Bosch Rexroth’s operator terminals provide the much needed visualization to complete the industrial automation process. The Rexroth IndraControl VDP operator terminal supports a Y-repeater when connecting multiple VDP devices to a control cabinet PC is needed. To accommodate a wide range of industrial applications, Bosch VDP series operator terminals are available in a host of sizes, with some featuring both touchscreen and keyboard functionalities. The Rexroth VDP 40.3 series of visual displays have an emergency stop button which when interfaced with an emergency stop circuit enhances the safety of personnel and equipment on the industrial floor by providing emergency stop functionalities.
The VDP40.3BIN-D1-NN-NN is an operator terminal designed and manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. The terminal has a voltage rating of 24 Volts DC, a power rating of 35 Watts, and an overall international protection rating of IP 20. Note that the front side of the operator terminal has an ingress protection rating of IP 65. With a shock resistance and vibration resistance ratings of 15G and 1G respectively, the VDP40.3BIN-D1-NN-NN can withstand relatively harsh conditions. For optimal performance, the Bosch Rexroth operator terminal is designed to be mounted and operated in industrial environments with an ambient temperature ranging from a minimum of 5 degrees Celsius to a maximum of 45 degrees Celsius.
The Bosch Rexroth VDP40.3BIN-D1-NN-NN is part of the Bosch VDP 40 series of operator displays. Displays in this series are designed for tough industrial applications and feature a 15-inch display providing adequate space for interaction between the operator and the application. The VDP40.3BIN-D1-NN-NN is designed to be used as a visualizations terminal and passive operating terminal to from a PC-based machine operating terminal when interfaced with an industrial PC.
