Product Description
The VDP40.2BIN-G4-PS-NN screen panel is a new-generation device manufactured by Rexroth Indramat to serve as a passive operator of the industrial servo system. This panel allows operators to effectively monitor and control all parts of the servo system as it features a thin film transistor liquid crystal display with a resolution as high as 1024 x 768. The screen panel contains a sophisticated keyboard that contains more than 45 pressure-sensitive keys. The keys on the keyboard are divided into three different groups; the function keys, the machine keys, and the additional keys. The screen of the VDP40.2BIN-G4-PS-NN is about 381 millimeters long, it is resistant to foreign particles and water jet directed at it from any angle.
The housing unit of the VDP40.2BIN-G4-PS-NN screen display is designed with 4×USB interfaces and a CDI interface, these interfaces connect to various sensors and actuators which supplies the screen panel with digital information in real-time. A light-emitting diode is integrated into the VDP40.2BIN-G4-PS-NN screen display, the light emitted by this diode provides the operator with information regarding the temperature, hard disk, and voltage in the panel. The rated current required by this device for optimum operation is about 45 Amperes while the rated voltage can fall between 19 to 30 volts. The screen panel can consume about 35 watts of power during normal operation.
The VDP40.2BIN-G4-PS-NN screen panel weighs about 5.8 kilograms. The has a vibration resistance of about 1 gram and shock resistance of 15 grams. The screen panel should not be operated in an environment with a relative humidity that exceeds 85 percent and an ambient temperature that exceed + 45 degree Celsius. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
