The Bosch Rexroth VDP21.3GCN-D2-NN-CH is an advanced operator terminal which is designed for industrial applications and is available in an aluminum housing. It can be used for applications such as packaging and food processing machines, machine tools and assembly systems. It belongs to VDP 21 product range which is comprised of terminals with 21 inch display size. Operator terminals with different display sizes are also available from Bosch. The screen on the VDP21.3GCN-D2-NN-CH supports multitouch. As the touch screen can be damaged if it is operated with unsuitable objects, Bosch recommends that the touchscreen should only be operated with your finger or a touch pen. The recommended ambient conditions for terminal operation include 5 to 95% non-condensing relative humidity and 5 to 45 degrees Celsius temperature. Approximate weight and dimensions of the terminal are 7.4 kilograms.

Housing of the VDP21.3GCN-D2-NN-CH terminal is light gray (RAL 7035). The terminal is certified by CSA, CE and UL. One serial CDI interface and two USB interfaces are available on the terminal as standard. The USB interfaces can be used to connect to mice and keyboards. The CDI interface is provided for Industry-PC serial connection to display/terminal. A TFT color display with 21.5 inch (54.6 millimeters) display size is available on the terminal. The display supports multitouch, 16.7 million colors and 1920 x 1080 resolution. Electrical specifications for the VDP21.3GCN-D2-NN-CH include 36 Watts power consumption, 19 to 30 Volts DC voltage input range, 24 Volts DC nominal input voltage and 1.5 Amps input current. A grounding terminal is provided on the bottom of the VDP21.3GCN-D2-NN-CH and should be connected to electrical earth before the terminal in put into operation.
