The VDP16.3BRN-D1-NN-NN Operator Terminal unit of Bosch Rexroth is a passive operation and visualization terminal display used in vast verity of industrial applications. The operator terminal is specially designed to withstand with the rough industrial environment and provide continuous operation hours. The Indra Control operator terminal provides state-of-art visualization platform for industrial automation. The VDP16.3BRN-D1-NN-NN operator terminal is best applicable for use in Paper manufacturing industry, food processing industry, general engineering machines, Textile and printing industry.

The Operator Terminal unit is capable of round the clock operation with approx. service life of 50,000 hours at an ambient temperature of 25 °C. The unit is powered with 24VDC external power supply. An external UPS of 24VDC, 240W is recommended to be installed with operator terminal for flawless operation. The operator terminal is designed with 12 inch TFT flat-panel display to provide standard and improved quality image.  The terminal is designed with 4 USB interfaces with one USB positioned on the front side.  The operator terminal also has a CDI interface for communication with cabinet control PC. The CDI interface includes the data interface (XSER) as well as the screen interface (XVID). The Four LEDs on the front panel indicates the user about the normal and erroneous condition of the installed setup.

Bosch Rexroth delivers USB and communication cables with high noise immunity for connection with control cabinet PC, operated in a noisy industrial environment. The front panel of the operator terminal is a soft membranous surface developed with various operator, function and machine keys. The keys makes easy access for the user to control dedicated machine features and functions. The operator terminal meets IP20 and IP65 product safety qualifications.
