The function of the blower is to increase airflow to improve heat dissipation. TVM modules require 5 to 45 degrees Celsius operating temperature. At higher ambient temperatures, the performance of the modules degrades. The recommended temperature for storage is -30 to 85 degrees Celsius. The optimal site elevation range is 0 to 1000 meters. At higher altitudes, the performance of the module degrades. With an IP10 rated housing, TVM modules are suited to indoor use. Outdoor use is only possible when they are installed inside a suitable housing.
