It is used to power motors connected to the drives and to power the drive control electronics. The supply is designed for AC input. It is equipped with a rectifier that converts the AC input to DC output. Rated input voltage for the TVM 2.2-050-22027300-W1/220/380 module is 220 Volts AC. Three-phase AC input is required for the main power. If the AC mains supply voltage is different from 220 Volts, an autotransformer can be used for voltage adaptation. Output of the supply module decreases below the rated output if the temperature rises above 45 degrees Celsius or if the site altitude is more than 1000 meters. Derated operation of the TVM 2.2-050-22027300-W1/220/380 supply is possible but should be avoided. The maximum permitted ambient temperature with derated output is 55 degrees Celsius. The maximum permitted altitude with derated output is 5000 meters. Only trained personnel should handle the module.
