Product Description
Bosch Rexroth provides worldwide assistance in the design and manufacturing of various motion control equipment. Some of the leading products of the company are power supply modules, drive controllers, and frequency converters.
The TVM 1.2-050-W1 model is generally used to supply power to the servo drives which generates the continuous mechanical output of 4.1 kW. The TVM power supply module consists of a transformer, auxiliary bleeder resistor, capacitor module, and dynamic braking. Fuses are installed in this model for protecting the line input connection. The TVM power supply module can operate with/without a bleeder resistor to process the continuous regenerated power. The model operating with the bleeder resistor absorbs the continuous regenerated power of 2.25 kW and the maximum regenerated power of 50 kW whereas the model operating without a bleeder resistor dissipates the continuous regenerated power of 0.45 kW with the peak regenerated power of 10 kW. The regenerated power can also be fed back into the electrical system which helps in generating an energy-efficient automation system. The dc bus continuous power supplied by the unit is 7.5 kW with maximum dc bus power of 60 kW.
The model TVM 1.2-050-W1 is designed to operate at the rated current of 50 A, and it is supplied with a built-in blower unit for cooling purposes. The ambient air is used by the blower for heat dissipation. While mounting, the minimum clearance of 200 mm at the top and 40 mm at the sides of the module should be maintained for sufficient airflow. The power supply module should be mounted into the switch cabinet of at least IP54 protection for proper functioning. The protection category of the supply module is IP10 and it can operate, without reduction in rated data, at the maximum temperature of +45 degree Celsius. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial
