Product Description

The TVM 1.2-050-220/300-W0/220/380 power supply module has a 50A continuous current rating. The Bosch Rexroth TVM series module also has a three-phase AC input voltage of 220V along with a frequency of 50 to 60Hz. The product uses natural convection cooling through an inbuilt blower during operation. This cooling mode ensures that the ambient temperature is maintained for optimum performance. The device uses an LED display to notify the user of faults or warnings for further diagnosis. The control voltage of the unit must be activated for the right diagnosis. The product supplies the required DC power for up to six AC drives at a time.

The power supply has a single-phase input voltage of 230VAC or 400VAC for control electronics. The device has two terminals for the DC bus power connection and three terminals for the mains connection on its X9 connector. Its terminal strip supports connection for the ready output as well as the 15V, 24V outputs. The input at the X9 connector must be checked for a rated 3 x 230VAC +/-10% voltage rating if the Power ON display is not lit or illuminated in red. The Bb contact does not close as required if it has a faulty +/-15V and/or 24V control voltage because of a defective inline fuse. The error message associated with a fault can be cleared by turning the unit OFF and then ON again.

The connections for providing power to the blowers on the supply module and drivers are located under the product. The device can be used along with auxiliary units such as a bleeder resistor, a capacitance module, or both to enhance its performance. Its LED displays assist in speedy troubleshooting.
