The TVD 1.3-08-03 power supply module offers reliable power to various electronic drives and systems. It's widely used in manufacturing, automation and motion control applications.

The TVD 1.3-08-03 power supply module delivers continuous mechanical power of 6 kW with line voltage ranging from 3 x 380 to 460 V AC ~ 10 %. The module supports a DC bus continuous power output of 7.5 kW with a continuous regenerative power capability of 0.5 kW. It features dynamic braking to ensure safety by bringing the drive system to a halt during faults. The unit measures 390 mm in height, 150 mm in width and 325 mm in depth making it compact and easy to integrate into various installations. This power supply module utilizes a wire ribbon cable to supply signal voltage to all connected drives and during power outages. Its electronic circuitry receives power from the DC bus allowing for regulated stop functions. The model's DC bus voltage is controlled to ensure that fluctuations in line voltage do not impact drive dynamics often allowing for increased drive speeds.

The TVD series module includes advanced monitoring functions for real time feedback on motor performance, including current, temperature, line voltage and load on the bleeder resistor. The module's ready state contact instantly powers off connected drives with LED indicators assisting in quick troubleshooting if a fault occurs. The model operates with a line filter minimizing line interference and making installation straightforward. It also manages regenerated power during generator mode by directing energy to a bleeder resistor with the option to integrate the TBM 1.2 Auxiliary Bleeder Module for enhanced regeneration capability.
