The TVD 1.3-15 is a Rexroth Indrmat power supply module for direct mains connections. As per type code for TVD series, the series of the supply is 1 and the design is 3. The rated DC bus continuous power for the supply module is 15 kilowatts. The rated DC bus voltage for the TVD 1.3-15 is 320 Volts. Auxiliary devices which are available for use in an AC drive system are mains supply modules, capacitances, commutating chokes, DC bus smoothing chokes and auxiliary bleeder modules. Dimensions of the TVD 1.3-15 are: 150 millimeters width, 325 millimeters height and 355 millimeters depth. To ensure unobstructed air flow required for cooling, Rexroth recommends minimum 80 millimeters of spacing on either side of the mounted supply. These spacing recommendations are made to ensure that the ambient temperature around an operating module remains within the recommended range of 5 to 45 degrees Celsius.

Output of the TVD 1.3-15 derates to 80% of rated values when the ambient temperature reaches 55 degrees Celsius. Similarly, the power supply output derates when it is used at altitudes that exceed 1000 meters above sea level: the output derates to approximately 65% of rated values at 5000 meters above sea level. Peak DC power which the TVD 1.3-15 can sustain for 0.3 seconds is 45 kilowatts. The peak power and continuous power ratings for the bleeder are 40 kilowatts and 1 kilowatt respectively. Shipping weight of the power supply is 11.2 kilograms. The input voltage range is 380 to 480 Volts AC with 10% tolerance.
